Emtec Consulting Engineers provided professional design services for Island Park Public Library.  Our services included the replacement of 2 gas-fired rooftop HVAC units. We also designed the 2nd floor community room heating/cooling system. Electrical capacity was checked to make sure it was adequate for RTU replacement. Modifications to Fire Alarm system were also made.
