Emtec Consulting Engineers was the MEP/FP for the reconstruction of multiple studios, support areas, storage and office space located at 333 Johnson Ave, Brooklyn, New York.  The project included core and shell design for approximately 75,000 sf of single-story new construction for studio/sound stages as well as 65,000 sf of office/support space including interior fit-out. Also included was a basement of approximately 20,000 sq. ft. Emtec provided complete design for the core and shell in the sound stage space, and full interior design of office space, support spaces and basement area.
