Emtec Consulting Engineers was the MEP/FP engineer for the renovation of an existing warehouse building at 14 Burma Rd, Jersey City, NJ. This studio facility will have multiple studios, support areas, storage, and ancillary space and approximately 136,400 sf. Emtec provided complete design documents for the HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Fire Protection and Fire Alarm systems for the core and shell in the sound stage space, as well as the additional areas for office and wardrobe space.
