Emtec Consulting Engineers provided professional design services for Hillside Public Library.  Our services included the replacement of 4 gas-fired rooftop HVAC units. The units were replaced with variable-air-volume (VAV) equipment for the addition of VAV zone boxes. The existing BMS was also replaced.
