Emtec Consulting Engineers provided MEP/FP/FA design for a new multi-story residential building with 72 units.  This project is part of the Railroad Station District revitalization effort in the Village of Westbury as the first development project under the Village’s new Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) zoning. The proposed building will be four stories in height and the total area will be approximately 75,800 sf of space including the garage. There will also be circulation space, community space, ammenity/lobby space and utility space.
