Emtec Consulting Engineers provided professional engineering services for the Third House in Montauk, NY. This project involved the complete renovation of the existing building for the proposed use/occupancy of the Historic Third House. Our services included the design of fire protection systems, including wet, dry, preaction and deluge automatic sprinkler systems. This project was wicks law, and a multi-prime contract for the construction services. Emtec was involved throughout construction.
