Emtec Consulting Engineers provided MEP/FP engineering at 195 13th avenue in Ronkonkoma. This included 1 new warehouse and distribution building consisting of approximately 60,000 sf.  There was also the demolition of 36,500 sf of existing building space, and minor alterations to the remaining area. The building also included 3,000 sf of office space area core and shell which included lavatories, a small break room, conference room and private offices.
