The scope of work provided by Emtec Consulting Engineers was inclusive of all customary mechanical/electrical design services for a new four (4) story building approximately 95,000 square feet in area.  Custom MEP design for a new (4) story, 125 room hotel. Consisting of 32 one bedrooms, 20 two bedrooms, and 73 studios along with common amenity spaces.
