Emtec Consulting Engineers provided professional engineering services for Kellenberg High School’s new Firebird Center for Arts & Athletics.  We designed a combination of multi-zone and single zone systems with multiple VAV rooftop units capable of demand control ventilation and energy recovery.  Features of this project included a dance studio, indoor golf simulator, band, orchestra and chorus rooms, bowling alley, and gymnasium.
