This project involved new construction of a new building for FedEx located in Brooklyn, NY. This building serves as a distribution facility.  The total proposed area for the distribution facility was approximately 163,000 sf and the covered garage was approximately 100,000 sf. The scope of services from Emtec was to provide complete design documents for the HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection and fire alarm systems for the main building and open parking courtyard.
