This project involved new construction of a 350,000 sf multi-story distribution facility for FedEx in Maspeth, NY. The first floor serves as a packaging and distribution center with small office space. The second floor is compromised of a 225 space parking garage, an office area and enclosed ramp. Emtec Consulting Engineers provided complete design documents for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection and fire alarm systems for the main building and closed parking garage.
