The project involved preparation of the MEP/FP design and contract documents for the renovation of the above referenced location. The project included reconfiguration of the office portion to include additional office space, which was extended into  the warehouse. The total building square footage was approximately 25,350; the total office space was approximately 16,000 sq. ft. and the remainder consisted of shop space.
