Patrick Balling, Promoted to Senior Mechanical Engineer

Mr. Balling has over 7 years of Mechanical Engineering experinece. He previously interned at a Long Island based firm involved in several municipal design projects. From there, Mr. Balling joined Emtec as an intern where he became a full time employee in 2017. Mr. Balling has a variety of project experiences ranging from multifamily, healthcare, commercial, educational, food processing, and mixed use spaces.

Tara Dollinger, Promoted to Senior Mechanical Engineer

Mrs. Dollinger is an MEP engineer that has developed various projects from the development stages through construction. She has over 4 years of experience in the MEP industry with a wide range of projects including office fit outs, shell and core, restaurants, K-12 educational facilities, and mixed-use residential buildings. Growing up on Long Island, Tara has a passion for seeing the finished projects having an impact on the community. She is confident in her ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex high-stakes problems, and committed to continuous improvement.
