Effective July 1st, 2023, Emtec Consulting Engineers, DPC has acquired Freeman Engineering. Paul Freeman, PE, CPD, (owner of Freeman Engineering) and his team have joined Emtec Consulting Engineers working out of our Ronkonkoma office at 3555 Veterans Memorial Highway.

For the past twenty years Emtec and Freeman Engineering have been collaborating and working collectively on projects for MEP/FP/FA design.  Freeman Engineering’s extensive experience and years of industry knowledge will complement Emtec’s growth initiatives, particularly in the design-build sector. Focusing on HVAC, plumbing and sprinkler design with an emphasis on plumbing and sprinkler work, the acquisition will support Emtec’s continued path of success and optimal service for our clientele.
