Emtec Consulting Engineers was the MEP/FP for the three-story building which consists of two residential stories above ground floor retail and parking garage spaces. The parking garage is enclosed and mechanically ventilated per code. There are three retail units on the ground level for a total of approximately 6,700 square feet and an enclosed parking garage. There are a total of 16 residential apartment units with a total of approximately 7,300 square feet and 7,000 square feet on the second and third floors.
