This project encompassed the design and construction support services for the interior fit out of

several conferences  rooms on the first and second floors of the facility located in Melville NY. The areas involved in the renovation total approximately 1,850 square feet. Additionally, the project involved the modification of ductwork from the HVAC units. This project will be a “Design Build” project and Emtec shall work along with Estee Lauder’s sub-contractors to review and develop further their proposed design solutions to provide final “as built” drawings for record purposes.
