Emtec was founded in 1981 and is privately owned and operated by the founders: Tony Musumeci, P.E. LEED AP and Andrew Solano P.E.  The firm is headquartered in Long Island with a branch office in Manhattan. Our staff of thirty five includes professional engineers and LEED accredited professionals. 

Our primary concerns are the systems for your building and whenever possible, the integrity of the existing architecture. We believe in a constant commitment to sustainablity and look for energy saving opportunties on all of our projects.
